This Creepy Thriller
Scott Derrickson's claustrophobic thriller remains effective even without a follow-up. Located in 1970s Colorado, several kidnappings has rendered the local kids anxious. The Tammy Faye Biopic
In the conflict between God and Mammon, the victory is clear for greed in Michael Showalter's brilliantly over-the-top true story of the disgraced televangelist plus her lawbreaking partner. The actor portrays the greedy Jim, who states at the beginning, “God does not want us to be poor,”. Both individuals set about capitalizing on the people's spiritual convictions. It's a spectacle of poor styling, overdone appearance and bad faith, yet Jessica Chastain achieves to present Tammy Faye as a sympathetic figure. Tuesday 14 October, late night, the Film4 channel
